Rat From Enceladus is a small passion project!
I kinda of found out that I can make a website then found out about neocities and immediately made a website. lol. After learning more about HTML and CSS, I remade the entire thing and here we are! I think Rat From Enceladus will always be a ever-changing website that I add, remove and change stuff.
